Refund and Returns Policy

Cozii only covers manufacturer faults under the warranty. Damages caused by consumer misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return or warranty coverage. Bundles and Mattresses are Non Refundable due to hygiene reasons.

All of the beds and mattresses which are manufactured at Cozii are bespoke and are made to order. Therefore as these items are custom made we will not accept returns.

If an item is opened, we do not accept returns unless there is manufacturer damage. In the case of manufacturer damage, please contact us immediately.

If you receive an item with manufacturer damage, please contact one of the team at Cozii within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Authorization: Prior authorization is required for all returns. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive instructions on how to return the product.


Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming the manufacturer damage, Cozii will process a refund or provide a replacement, as deemed appropriate.
