Important Notes
- Delivery Charges: For Cozii orders within the UK, we apply an £80 delivery fee. For Northern Ireland, the fee may be higher based on your order details.
- Delivery Area: Our delivery services are currently available within the UK.
- Changes to Delivery Date: If you need to reschedule or make changes to the delivery date, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours in advance.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Any visible damages or defects should be noted, and our team should be informed immediately.
